Hello, my name is Sylvia Gulbenkian and I am an acupuncturist, practicing a combination of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and Five Element Acupuncture.
After a background in Veterinary Medicine, I qualified as an acupuncturist in 2002, from the College of Integrated Chinese Medicine (CICM).
I have had a special interest in supporting patients through pregnancy and childbirth, since my own first pregnancy 20 years ago. This led me to undertake significant further training, both in this field and in fertility acupuncture, which I have continued to do, thus enhancing my years of experience in these areas.
In 2017, I also completed a 2 year diploma in treating babies and children with acupuncture.
